  3. Nonprofit organizations in your area   or call 211 (free call from any landline to get help) or (918) 836-HELP (4357) 24-hour crisis intervention, information, and referral for Tulsa, Adair, Cherokee, Creek, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Rogers, Sequoyah, and Wagoner Counties.
  4. Federal Citizen Information Center  (800) 333-4636 toll-free Provides information about and referral to federal services and programs.

  7. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) for children who have lost a parent due to death, incapacity, absence or unemployment. Barter for what you need-A good place to start is Craig's list (choose your area, then look on the left and type in what you are looking for or choose from the list in the middle.) Don't forget to look under Barter, Wanted or Free sections.
